Import transactions from a CSV file

Load transactions from a file your bank exports.

Accounts and data

Every plan can import transactions from CSV files.

Before you start

Download a CSV export of your transactions from your bank’s website. Most banks offer this on the account’s transaction page.

Import

  1. Open Settings, then Accounts.
  2. Find the account the transactions belong to and choose to import a CSV file.
  3. Select your file.
  4. Check that Paiso matched the columns correctly: date, description and amount.
  5. Confirm the import.

Paiso assigns a category to each transaction. You can change any category afterwards on the Transactions page.
