Turn on two-factor authentication

Protect your account with a code from an authenticator app.

Two-factor authentication asks for a code from your phone when you sign in. Someone who learns your password still cannot get in.

Turn it on

  1. Install an authenticator app on your phone. Any app that supports TOTP codes works.
  2. In Paiso, open Settings, then My Account.
  3. Under Authenticator App, start the setup and scan the QR code with your app.
  4. Enter the six-digit code your app shows.

Keep your backup codes

Paiso gives you backup codes during setup. Store them somewhere safe. Each code signs you in once if you lose your phone.
